You can charge your device with the requested docking station. However, if several monitors and devices are connected to the station, this does not work.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new. Your request can then be examined individually.
Since the docking station also has a VGA connection, very definitely yes. All that is needed is the correct connection cable and possibly an adapter, e.g. for DVI.
The docking station, a 130W power supply with the corresponding cables and that's it, I think. The USB-C Thunderbolt cable to the computer is already attached to the dock.
I can't say whether this docking station works. In the Dell shop, the Dell WD19 is available for the laptop.
Dockings actually always come with a cable, otherwise it makes little sense. In any case, that's the case here.
I received the unit with a Schuko plug. The Swiss plug was delivered free of charge.
The cable is fixed to the docking station and cannot be removed.
Only the USB-C dock and the 130W power supply are included in the package, but without the CH power cable. This power cable is required: Lindy Notebook Power Cable (3-pin Type J, Cloverleaf, 2m, Connector Cable)
I don't have an Apple, but I have connected my Dell Latitude 7480 via USB-C to the dock. I have an external monitor connected to it via HDMI. Does that help? The only way to know for sure is to try this with the Apples. I currently have an unused Dell USB-C Dock WD15.
According to Dell's information, it is only guaranteed to work with Dell products. It may be that it works - but I think it is unlikely. However, there are universally usable docking stations such as this one: Kensington SD4600P (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB Type-C, Thunderbolt 3, LAN/RJ45)
Hi Should work. is with a USB-C cable. I don't know if the Lenovo has a USB-C connector. I would advise you against Dell docking stations though. We have some in use at the shop.... And it's not the greatest part... Out of approx. 300 units, 50 were already in repair within 3 months and 120 in 6 months....
This is a USB-C docking station, so it only works with USB-C devices. However, we do not currently offer docking stations that can connect two notebooks.
Yes, this is possible. You can connect either two Full HD displays or a single display with 4k at 30 Hz.
simply via USB-C. Digitec lists the part as an accessory.
I couldn't get it to work on our new HP notebook either. According to HP, you have to do a BIOS update, but I didn't try that and bought the HP docking station with USB3.0. That works. Corresponds to experience Nov. 2016.
Three-pin CH mains plug cable is also included.
The docking station is only compatible with Windows.
