The phone is offered by LG in two different versions: one with 2GB RAM and one with 3GB (see: http://www.lg.com/ch_de/mobiltelefone/lg-D855-g3/technical-specifications). The RAM figures in the specifications of the respective devices are therefore correct.
At digitec, all phones are unlocked in principle (provided, of course, you don't buy it with a subscription).
It is probably not yet equipped with Android 5.0 ex works. But the update for 5.0 has been available for some time. This means: Put it into operation and carry out the update. Reset the phone to factory settings and you have a clean LG G3 with 5.0.
