I bought this device. What does not work: Add satellite channels to favourites. After pressing the "OPTION" key, the list of favourites opens, but the menu item "Add to favourites" does not exist. The Favourites list is accordingly empty. Unfortunately, this is not helpful with 800+ satellite channels in wild order. I have the latest firmware on it. Can anyone help?

611 and not even 4 screws for the wall bracket included? Both my Samsung unit and my LG unit came with the necessary screws. Shame on you Panasonic. How do I get the screws now? Or should I return the junk?
