This means that the phone is charging. If nothing lights up, the phone is fully charged. However, you must make sure that when you put the mobile phone on it, it starts to flash, otherwise it will not be charged.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The light is only on for the first few seconds after you put your phone on it.

There are no problems with various iPhones and the Samsung S7. AirPods Pro also work without any problems. I would have the phone checked. I have two of these chargers and the previous model in use and there have never been any problems. The power supply to feed the chargers must deliver at least 2.4 watts. I use a Multicharger that can supply up to 63 watts. The Anker PowerPort PD5 (63W).
