As far as I remember there is an (default) option to disconnect from the carrier if there is no traffic (there is a timeout to it). In this case, the diode on the front panel goes off. Maybe this is the cause. Have a look in the router config.

I can't really answer that. It is the interaction of WIFI and 4G/5G that ultimately defines the throughput. I have between 10 and 40 MB/s at the end....

As far as I can see, nothing is throttled on mine. However, the bridge mode does not work correctly; the internal IP is always forwarded instead of the external IP. I have not yet found a solution. Bridge mode cannot be used in this way.
