How can it be that the display starts to crack after 6 months and they say it's not a warranty service "normal wear and tear" Are you kidding me? I buy a phone for 1000, extend the warranty and then something breaks and it's just normal wear and tear, no warranty. So I guess that's it for Samsung, Xiomai again.

I agree with this opinion 100%, something like this is absolutely not acceptable, you can't manufacture such products and then talk about normal wear and tear when a folding display is defective. Something like this either has to last for years or it shouldn't be made in the first place. I would also report the case directly to Samsung. I think they should at least replace it as a gesture of goodwill

to preserve their good reputation. And if that happens, sell it as new immediately. The only products that can be folded without hesitation are probably still Swiss Army knives.
