Why cost the Deebot 1419 CHF at Galaxus Switzerland and 1324 Euro with Galaxus Germany while 1 CHF=1 euro AND the VAT is 11% lower. Would 1198 CHF not be more fair or is Galaxus charging us 221 CHF for the Euro-Swiss adapter they have to add?

I have just bought a Karcher SE6.100, and after having been able to make a carpet (1m/1m50) I wanted to make a bigger one, so I filled the tank, and it was impossible to get the water out, I cleaned everything but nothing helped? Do you have a solution. And do you think I can go to a Karcher branch in my town, or if it's faulty should I send it back?
