Hello Galaxus Team I ordered a product last week (quite sturdy and made of wood). This was delivered in a huge cardboard box, which was filled with over 120 bubble cushions. The plastic waste was out of proportion to the product I ordered for 45 CHF. Surely there are more environmentally friendly packaging or filling materials? Kind regards

I asked a question about this weeks ago, but never got an answer. Let's see if there is more going on here: My problem. I've been using Oral B electric toothbrushes for years. But they all suffer in the same place: The toothbrush is good and cleans thoroughly. But the rechargeable battery is a disaster. On the one hand, the runtime is much lower than stated, On the other hand, the batteries break down far too quickly. And there are no replacement batteries - which means throwing them away after a maximum of 18 months. I find it tragic that such expensive devices have to be thrown away after so little time because of the battery. And my toothbrushes cost between 170 and 240 francs. Oral B is uneconomical and unecological. QUESTION: Does anyone know of an electric toothbrush that has a battery life of more than 2 years? Or replaceable batteries? I'm looking forward to hearing your answers, thank you.

Hello everyone, I have a Creality K2 that I bought from Digitec (Fr. 1300.--). Unfortunately, a Bowden screw on the heat head broke. A repair confirmation was made in the store in Basel and I was told that the device would be picked up from my home. They would contact me. Nothing happened. I wrote to Mr Müller at Digitec and asked him to only replace the defective part as the printer weighed 32kg. I have not heard from anyone to date. Is this the way Digitec treats customers who have already spent thousands of francs there?

I am looking for a raclette oven where the pans supplied do not have a non-stick coating (Teflon). I would prefer cast iron or enamelled pans.
