It does support pass-through charging, as far as I've experienced. I don't know if the solar panel will provide enough energy to keep it charged long-term though. You might still need to charge the power bank separately.

I have owned this powerbank for about half a year. I can only recommend it! Thanks to PowerDelivery, I can also charge my laptop on the road without any problems and several times. ++ Lots of battery ++ PowerDelivery ++ USB-C - does not fit in any trouser pocket P. S.: A PowerDelivery mains adapter with at least 30W should be used to charge the powerbank. Otherwise this will take forever. (because lots of battery)

The LEDs are divided into 25% charging capacity. Only one LED flashes at a time: Charging capacity between 0-25%: First LED flashes Between 25-50%: First LED constant, second LED flashing. etc.

I assume you are referring to the Power Delivery function to charge the laptop via USB-C from the powerbank? At least on my Dell XPS 15 9560 this works, although its power bank asks for more than the 65W provided by PD. However, the only effect seems to be that under extreme CPU/GPU loads, the charging current provided is not sufficient to actually fully charge the battery.
