Yes, as long as you use the same Microsoft account again, the duration will be extended by 12 months. For example, if you have two months left on your current Office 365 Home subscription and you renew for 1 year (12 months), your subscription will have a duration of 14 months.

With Office 365, you only obtain à licence code! The box is in German, but you can use the code to activate or extend your Office 365 subscription in any language you want (or available…)

You log on to the Office 365 website with the same Microsoft account and install Office 365. 2 licences are deducted for 2 PCs, then you have 3 licences left. It does not matter whether you have local accounts, domain accounts or Microsoft accounts on the PCs. This runs completely independently.

This works, but no versions of Office (e.g. Personal and Home) can be mixed on one account. As far as I know, this works with up to five licences (equivalent to 5 years) in advance for one account.
No, in the admin area you can assign the licences to a Windows LiveId (windowslive, outlook etc.). Works perfectly!

The various sold languages are just the packaging and as you may know, since this is Switzerland, we speak a few different languages. Unfortunately english is not an official language here, so there is no such packaging in Switzerland.
