Unfortunately, we do not have the flat cable in our range, but there is a very good alternative from Samsung. You can find it here: Samsung USB C - USB C (1 m, USB 3.2 Gen 1)

I can only charge mine via the USB plug. The Type C are only outputs for me.

Hello, I charge with a 25 W charger from Samsung. Charging with your charger may take longer. I connect the charger to type C . I hope everything works out for you, good luck 🙂

I have this powerbank 20000mAh and never had any problems, 4 or 5 LED's on the side show approximately the charge, how long it takes exactly for a full charge (all LED's light up) I don't know but during one night it charges fully, with 20000mAh I can charge my mobile phone 5 times because this has a 4000mAh battery inside.

Yes, you can use it to charge the laptop. We reached 89% charge status on the MacBook Pro. Slowly but still without problems and very reliably.
