Hello the 23 Ah or 80W max at 230V or 5V. Doesn't matter at how many volts, because I have a power rating of 80W. See test report : https://techtest.org/die-xtorm-al480-brick-21000-im-test-powerbank-mit-steckdose/

Hello Nilu, yes I have this PB myself and you can charge via the AC connection. That means you have to charge the battery via the mains adapter. Attention: I can charge approx. 1 - 2 batteries, no more!

Hello Jonas, I have unpacked the device and connected various devices and the cooling only starts when it is heavily discharged. I didn't find it at all nerdy and would say try it out for yourself! I'm looking forward to hearing if you like the powerbank. Greetings, Xtorm team

Dear Stylingboy1 I wonder if the Surface Labtop 3 can be charged with it. You need a three-pin charging cable, like for a normal socket. But you can also charge via USB. It just takes a little longer via USB. 65W is no problem, the powerbank is designed for 80W. Super part, I am extremely satisfied. It practically doesn't discharge when I don't need it for a while.

My Xtorm recently still showed 100% even after 2 months of non-use. There definitely seems to be something wrong with it. Charging does indeed take a long time, it's also a powerbank. So it's kind of to be expected. Since something is obviously wrong with yours, it will probably take a little longer.

The battery supplies 220V/50Hz/80W. In theory, you should be able to charge/operate anything that can be operated from a normal mains supply and does not require more than 80W. I connected it briefly to my Shimano Steps E8000 battery (BT-E8010) and it charged (from the display). However, you would only get 1/6 of the battery charged (504Wh for BT-E8010, 84Wh for AL480N) without any loss of efficiency, and this will also take time.

I would also say 80W as specified. However, it should be noted that many appliances have an inrush current (peak inrush current) that is sometimes significantly higher (by factors). This is especially true for appliances with motors, such as hoovers, refrigerators with compressors, etc. Powerbanks can usually handle this quite poorly.

Powerbanks must be carried in hand luggage on planes. So far, no one has ever wanted to inspect them on my flights. It's basically just a battery like in any laptop. The powerbank works with laptops, and is probably enough for more than one charge for current laptops. However, the powerbank cannot be used and charged in parallel at the same time, like almost all powerbanks. Also note that the USB ports are deactivated as soon as the socket is switched on - but I'm not 100% sure about this - so charging a mobile phone via USB and a laptop via the socket doesn't work, but of course you can charge the phone via the laptop. The socket only works when the power switch is pressed for a few seconds, then a green light also lights up.

Hello Damney, On the rating here at Digitec, the plus point is that a CH plug fits. Based on that, it should work. We have not tested it yet. Hope this answer helps you a little further. Many greetings, Xtorm team
