Yes, this should normally also be compatible. The difference is that the HX421C14FBK2/16 is single-rank memory and the HX421C14FB2K2/16 is dual-rank memory.

Please contact the customer service department in this regard. The question function is basically there to ask other customers about the characteristics of the product in question.
However, if by "almost new" you mean a used/returned item, it is normal for the warranty period to be 12 months.
if they are supported by your mainboard (pay attention to ram compatibility), there should certainly be no objections.

The P8Z77-V LX is designed for DDR3 RAM and has 48 fewer contacts than DDR4. It is therefore not compatible.

Nope, they are not compatible.
From the Asus page: DDR4 2133 MHz SDRAM, 2 x SO-DIMM socket for expansion up to 32 GB SDRAM
The easiest way is to contact Asus directly, I couldn't get much more information from the homepage. I would like to note that 16GB, which are already installed, will be enough for gaming.
