I was able to carry out a search and unfortunately could not find any individual WLAN extensions, not even from the manufacturer. The manufacturer also states in the data that these adapters are currently offered as a set. Unfortunately, I can't say whether any will be offered in the future.

Hi, the main difference between the NETGEAR PLW1000 and the PLW1000v2 is the supported powerline standard: - PLW1000: Supports HomePlug AV. - PLW1000v2: Supports HomePlug AV2, which allows for higher speeds and better performance. If all devices in your Powerline network support the AV2 standard, you will benefit from these improvements. Note, however, that the overall performance is determined by the slowest device on the network. Lg

There is no specific function that activates the Wi-Fi only at certain times, such as from 7 am to 8 pm. However, you can adjust the network settings via the web browser-based configuration to secure the network and change the settings. To do this, go to the website https://www.mywifiext.net and log in to edit the settings. An external solution or a router with appropriate functions may be required for time-controlled activation of the WLAN.

Actually, you don't need anything besides the powerline. Simply connect one thing to the router with the Ethernet cable and plug in the other thing with the antennas where the WLAN should be.

The PLW adapter can be connected to a multiple plug (preferably one without a switch), the connection to the router is made by a mains cable between the PLW adapter and the router. This works very simply and well, I assume that it also works with a Swisscom router.

Hello, if your TVs are in 3 separate rooms, there is Tp-Link -> TL-WPA4220T KIT. I don't know these devices, but they are similar to the Netgear. Be careful though, if there are a lot of things permanently connected to the mains line used, the speed drops significantly.

For me, it had too little power over the current. I have now switched to the WLAN repeater (X6) + access point (X6s) from Netgear. It works fine this way, but especially as a gamer, it's better to be connected directly with Ethernet? You can do that with both.

Should actually work. For both models, the instructions describe how to add more adapters under "Adding adapters". "1. plug the new adapters into a powered socket. 2. hold the security button on an adapter that is already part of the secure network. Press and hold the Security button for two seconds on an adapter that is already part of the secure network. 3. On the new adapter, press and hold the Security button for two seconds. Both buttons must be pressed within two minutes."

Hello, I got 1 part like this and it works perfectly. You get 2 parts. 1 must be connected to your router and the other must then be connected on the 2nd floor. Then everything should work fine. LG

Hello, the instructions already say that you can buy additional receivers, but I don't think Digitec has it. I bought the Netgear EX6150-100PES as an access point + repeater, amplifier. I installed it on the middle floor of 3 floors and it works through 3 electric meters. According to reports, however, this system is present as "electrosmog" in the whole area, as the network travels in the electrical circuit.

You get 2 devices. 1 device (not on the photo) must be plugged into the socket near your router and connected to the router with a lan cable. Then you can plug the second device (pictured) into a socket in another room and connect a laptop or PC to this device with the lanCable or set up a wireless network.

Should be compatible: I plug in the PL1000 adapter and the PLW500 access point next to each other and press the security buttons on both for a few seconds. The PLW1000 identifies itself as NETGEAR21_EXT, the old PLW500 as NETGEAR_EXT. I have the impression that the old PLW500 transmits much weaker than the PLW1000, OOKLA measurements are still pending. But the main problem is: With the software "Netgear Genie" it has been impossible for me to make security settings on the adapter. With every recommended password, an error message came up. It may be my fault, but the instructions, including those on the website, are imprecise and do not include screenshots of the Genie software. So far Netgear has not responded to my question, I will write again and hope for an answer. Maybe you can give me a tip.

According to my information, that is not possible. Is that necessary? The wifi is encrypted with a password and as long as no one has access to the adapter, no other devices can be connected without knowing the password.
