i-tec USB-C Nano 3x LCD Dock
Hello, on my side I'm using this device at work to connect my Logitech mouse and keyboard (with USB dongle) and my screen, and everything works well. My laptop is a Lenovo.
What is funny (or not) is that I have a native Lenovo docking which is working less good than the i-tec Nano...
I had a Surface Book 2 and now an HP ProBook, both worked without any problems. But it also depends on whether the notebook's USB-C port supports DisplayPort, otherwise you won't get a picture with external monitors, if I'm not mistaken.
3.2 would probably be better but 3.1 should work. Maybe you are missing drivers or your notebook does not support alternative display port mode via USB-C? The screen works fine for me (VGA and HDMI). I don't use a DVD drive, but I haven't had any USB interruption errors.

If that doesn't help, you might want to file a warranty claim.
Hello,
In order for the docking station to work, the USB-C port must support Video Transfer over USB-C (either USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt3) - if the motherboard does not support one of these features, then the docking station will not work.

Hello,
Thank you for letting us know. We will ask Digitec to fix the error.
Regarding the USB-C port and 4K / 60Hz - this is possible, but the docking station and the laptop must both support the DP 1.4 standard - Intel's 11th generation CPU and AMD's 2nd generation Ryzen CPU and newer - both support the DP 1.4 standard.
As I wrote earlier, this must also be supported by a docking station - C31NANODOCKVGAPD supports older DP 1.2 - that can offer a maximum resolution of 4K / 30Hz.
If you have further questions, please contact our technical support directly: support@itecproduct.com
Kind regards

Hello,
Yes, 75Hz at 1080p should be possible without any problem (as long as the laptop's GPU supports that too).
Best Regards and Happy Holidays and New Year

That is possible. Only if you connect two screens to the docking station will they be mirrored (one below the other, so you would have laptop, and the two mirrored screens) :)
Hello,
No, a power adapter is not included. Many modern laptops are already equipped with a USB-C charger that can be used with this docking station.
But if your laptop
We have several USB-C chargers that can be used with this docking station. You can either check our website: https://i-tec.cz/fr/devanture/?catg=chargeurs-et-batteries
Or you can search for the following models in Digitec:
CHARGER-C60WT; CHARGER-C60WPLUS; CHARGER-C77W; CHARGER80W or CHARGER-C112W

Are you trying to connect your display to the docking station via the USB-C port? This does NOT support display mode. You are also connecting the displays via the Thunderbolt 3 protocol, which this dock does not support. You need a Thunderbolt 3 dock that can daisy-chain (passes Thunderbolt through a port). You can use the following, for example: i-tec Thunderbolt 3 Dual 4K Dock 60W (HDMI, 60W, Thunderbolt, USB A) (In some cases, a German power cable may be attached, in which case simply write to Digitec Support and one will be sent to you). As you can see, such docking stations are considerably more expensive. But pretty much the cheapest reasonable one I found on Digitec :/ If you're looking for one yourself, make sure it has a Thunderbolt 3 input and a Thunderbolt 3 output + power input. The linked docking station also only charges with 60 watts for a Macbook Air, but it's more critical for a MacBook Pro.
Hello,
The cable is 20cm long.

The Yoga's charger can be connected to the docking station, provided the charger also has a USB-C connection. My Yoga 730 is then also charged via the docking station.
Bonjour,
Meilleures salutations

Hello,
Thank you for your question.
No, the docking station does not have its own power supply. Most new laptops already use USB-C charger - if your laptop has it then you can use this USB-C adapter. But if your laptop does not have a USB-C power adapter, then you would have to buy USB-C adapter.
If you want, you can contact our Technical support directly and we can either recommend you one of our USB-C chargers or docking station which has its own power adapter.
Best regards
